Delivery time

The delivery time after confirmation of your order depends on several parameters, in particular the availability of the items ordered in stock and your city of residence.

In the majority of cases, and as far as possible, we will endeavor to ensure delivery or availability of your package within 2 to 5 working days following order confirmation. (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays).

For customers located outside of Casablanca, delivery time can be up to 5 working days.

Razana does everything possible to deliver your items to you as quickly as possible; however, for reasons beyond our control, or in the event of force majeure, the agreed deadlines may be exceeded, but may in no case exceed thirty (30) days as stipulated by article 39 of law no. 31-08 enacting consumer protection measures.

If for any reason we are unable to meet the delivery date, we will notify you and give you the option to continue with the purchase, arrange a new delivery date or cancel the order by refunding you in full the amount paid.

Completely free and flexible, in-store collection allows you to collect your package at times that suit you in one of our stores:

To choose this option, select the “store collection” delivery method when validating your basket, or contact our customer service at 0617 13 3030 or at macromasarl@gmail.com to directly arrange a collection in store.

· Home delivery

Buy without traveling, we will take care of delivering your order to the address indicated, through our partner SAPRESS or CATHEDIS, or by our own means.

Where possible, the delivery window will be communicated to you in advance to ensure smooth delivery. If you are unsure about your availability in this slot, please let us know at 06 17 133 030 in order to find an alternative schedule together.

If you live in Casablanca, you can also request express delivery within 24 hours, subject to stock availability.

Shipping cost

Delivery costs will be indicated when confirming your order. Delivery costs are free for any order of an amount greater than or equal to 1000 Dhs.
