  • What is the return procedure?

You have a period of seven (07) days from the delivery date to notify RAZANA by email to the address contact@razana.co.ma of a possible quality defect and to initiate the return procedure in store.

Any item, unwashed or unworn, which does not meet your quality requirements, or which does not give you complete satisfaction, may be refunded or exchanged within 7 days from the date of receipt of your package.

The amount paid can only be refunded if payment was made in cash. Any purchase by credit card may be subject to exchange only. For this purpose, presentation of the receipt as well as the price label is obligatory.

The return will be made at the buyer's sole expense.

Items purchased on sale are neither exchanged nor refunded.

Please send us an email to contact@razana.co.ma or contact our customer service at 0617133030 within seven (07) days of delivery with your order number. Please note that we do not accept returns of damaged or worn items.

We strongly recommend checking the integrity of the package and the order before receiving your order. Return costs remain exclusively your responsibility.
